In just nine short years, John has built a company and a team dedicated to partnering with clients in creating and implementing successful marketing solutions. As CEO, John brings unmatched enthusiasm, vision and leadership, and an untapped well of knowledge and experience in strategic marketing and data analytics.

Taylor Williams

Don’t call HR if you see Taylor kissing the boss- She’s his wife. A Southeastern University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in economics, Finance Manager fits her perfectly. Taylor loves finding solutions, helping others and participating in team-building activities. Outside of work, she spends time with her children, whom she carried for 9 months, gained 70 lbs for, and still had the audacity to come out looking just like their father.

Samantha Berkholz

Bump, set, spike! Volleyball guru and fitness enthusiast Samantha brings a fresh perspective to the creative process and a contagious sense of team spirit to the office. Sporty, spicy and always straight to the point, this New Orleans native is our go-to source for creative insight, motivational speeches and superior music recommendations. Originally serving as one of our web designers, Samantha’s creative experience and natural leadership skills landed her in the role of production manager. Committed to helping others succeed, she keeps projects on track, always ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. Whether it’s our team or her volleyball team, Samantha is the MVP for achieving goals and pursuing growth.

Ross Comeaux

Whether he’s crafting his own strategic plan or watching one unfold on Game of Thrones, Ross is a marketing mastermind with the experience to prove it. After graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Ross didn’t waste a moment in applying his marketing skills to all areas of the creative communication world. From content writing to graphic design, he knows how to catch your attention. As our Director of Accounts, Ross enjoys refining his creative capabilities and seeing the different elements of a campaign come together. When he isn’t crafting a plan for success, you can find him working out, exploring the outdoors, or daydreaming about his favorite travel destination, New York City.

Sydney Sobotik

A Houston, Texas native, Sydney received her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a focus in Digital Advertising and Business Administration from Louisiana State University. From managing content to managing client relationships, she’s worn many hats. Now as Director of Growth, she channels that versatility into driving bold ideas, strong partnerships and smart strategy for our team and clients alike. When she’s not click-clacking on her keyboard, you can find her exploring New Orleans, trying out a new recipe or deep-diving into her latest internet obsession.

Max Theriot

When Max joined JCW Creative as a college intern in 2017, little did he know it was the beginning of his marketing career. After graduating from LSU in 2018, Max served in a variety of roles over the years including video editor, copywriter and engagement creative. In his current role as Admin + Accounts Support, he uses his experience to help develop and guide the team members around him. Max is considered a real star around the office. Fun fact, in junior high school he was voted best actor for his knockout performance as Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast.

Whitney Blanchard

Hailing from New Iberia, LA, Whitney brings a burst of positive energy and a helping hand wherever she goes. Originally in Cosmetology school, she decided to change routes and join the team at JCW as our Admin Coordinator and everyone’s designated BFF. When she’s not greeting guests with a smile, making sure the office is running smoothly or setting up for events, she enjoys watching movies with her boyfriend, Brennan, and her cat, James P. Account Executive. Mother. Coffee Connoisseur. Rachel wears many hats and wears them well! In fact, she even has her own hat business, with a portion of the proceeds dedicated to supporting firefighters’ mental health. With over ten years of marketing experience and an everlasting entrepreneurial spirit, Rachel pursues excellence to exceed clients’ expectations and empower those around her. Each day, she enjoys connecting with businesses of all industries, learning their stories and turning their dreams into reality through marketing that inspires. And it’s not just in the office where she gives it her all. It’s every aspect of her life. Whether she’s finishing her second book of the week, strengthening her swimming skills, flipping houses or spending time with her family, Rachel puts her whole heart into everything she does. After graduating from LSU in Mass Communication, and with four years of broadcast television under his belt, Trey was determined to hone in on both his photography and videography skills. Trey’s passion for storytelling has led him to win multiple Associated Press awards for the Mississippi-Louisiana collegiate Region. Trey’s hard work and dedication behind the scenes are a part of what allows JCW to reach our clients’ goals. As his last name suggests, he was born and raised in Louisiana. But he also has a passion for adventuring outside the state to bring new stories home.

Similar to the name of her hometown of Friendswood, Texas, Ashton is friends with everyone she meets. She graduated from LSU with a degree in Communication Disorders and is excited to be able to use her creativity to communicate different brands’ messages to the world. Her work ethic and desire to keep learning new things make her a perfect fit for the account team. When she’s not at work, she’s either cooking, reading or basking in the beauty of nature. Fun fact: If Ashton weren’t in marketing, she would be a chef and take first place on her favorite cooking show, “Chopped.”

Originally born in Poland, Damian moved to the U.S. at 4 years old. He eventually landed in Baton Rouge and attended Louisiana State University where he graduated with a degree in Graphic Design. Being thrown into many creative and artistic roles over the years has set him up for the perfect position he’s in now, our Creative Director! Damian takes his years of wisdom working at a multitude of different companies to add different creative perspectives and ideas to projects. In his free time, he enjoys illustration, hiking, skateboarding and playing music. Fun fact: Damian can speak 4 languages! Can anyone guess what they are?

Montana Patterson

An experienced photographer, Montana serves as the designated hype woman behind the camera. Her keen eye and ability to make people feel their best lead to beautiful, high-end results. Her passion for photography and videography began when she received her first camera in 2009, and in 2014, her work was published in Photographer’s Forum Best of College and High School Photography. When there’s not a camera in her hand, Montana is outside playing volleyball or taking care of her plants.

Amelia St. Pierre

With her sports marketing degree from Louisiana Tech University, Amelia knows how to get the perfect shot. She comes to us from Louisiana State University’s athletic department, where she served as creative lead for several sports. In her career, she’s also held primary lead for digital content and social media strategy for several NCAA accounts, and worked as an NFL Live Content Correspondent. Amelia is passionate about storytelling and capturing the best in people. When she isn’t looking through the lens, she enjoys trying out new hobbies, with running and golf as her current interests. Having already finished a 5K and 10K, what’s next- The LPGA Tour?

As an award-winning animation producer, Adam is a humble, creative genius with a knack for turning visions into eye-popping reality. Fresh from the film industry with a rich background in creative broadcasting and animation, Adam is a proud University of Louisiana alum with a degree in Film and Visual Arts. As a member of our video team, Adam is known for his commitment to excellence, ability to take on new challenges and collaborative spirit. Outside the studio, you can find Adam mastering the art of camping, hanging with his dog Max or catering to the whims of his feline overlords, Beanie and Baby Shorty.

For most, Italy is a dream destination – for Jermaine, it’s where he went to high school. Lifelong jet-setter and media mastermind Jermaine is an artist of the digital age with a skilled background in Adobe Creative Suite, visual effects and photo manipulation. From bringing clients’ stories to life to honing his craft at Louisiana State University, Jermaine is your go-to guy for transforming creative concepts into visually stunning narratives. When he’s not making waves with his innovative work, he enjoys bringing his skills to the sketchbook, drawing scenes inspired by his adventures and the world around him, and spending time with his dog, Aspen. Fun facts about Mr. Worldwide: His favorite movie is “Elf,” and some of his favorite travel spots include Germany, Hungary, Paris and the Czech Republic.

Trevor Dunne

A laidback lensman with a creative eye, Trevor’s photography journey kicked off Christmas morning when he got his first camera at 15. Capturing life one click at a time, his work evolved from casual snaps with friends to framing high-energy concerts and sporting events. From rocking out with Hippie Sabotage and Shaq to snapping courtside action shots, Trevor’s career has been a vibrant mosaic of moments and melodies. One of his proudest moments? Capturing an iconic snap for LSU women’s basketball coach Kim Mulkey, which she now proudly displays in her office. When he’s not behind the camera, Trevor is all about the great outdoors – whether fishing, cruising on his motorcycle or catching waves. Known for his chill, upbeat attitude, Trevor is the guy who brings calm to the creative storm.

Bradyn Shock

Bradyn’s passion for storytelling began with a dream of becoming a writer, but it transformed into visual storytelling when he bought his first camera in 2017. During the pandemic, he taught himself video editing, leading to a role in 2021 building the media department of a nonprofit, where he spent four years editing educational courses, social media promos and event recaps. In 2022, Bradyn traveled to Poland, capturing the stories of Ukrainian refugees, and expanded his work to weddings, concerts and live recordings. Outside of work, Bradyn finds joy in music, books, time with friends and being deeply involved in his church, his third place of inspiration.

Whitley Ruffin

Prior to joining the team at JCW Creative as design creative, Whitley developed her passion and eye for design within the intercollegiate sports industry where she oversaw and executed graphic design needs for various athletic teams. Combining her years of experience in the fast-paced world of communication and sports, Whitley brings to her role a unique way of transforming a story or sentiment into visual works of art. Her passion for design and branding drives her desire to create designs that both help achieve clients’ goals and elevate their brands. A competitive ballet, jazz, tap and contemporary dancer for eight years, Whitley is always keeping the team on ‘pointe.’

LSU graduate with a degree in graphic design, Raegan adds a vibrant splash of creativity to our team. She has previously crafted stunning murals for local favorites like Ivars and City Cafe, showcasing her talent for turning ordinary spaces into captivating visual experiences with her eye-catching collages. Passionate about her craft, Raegan approaches each project enthusiastically, seeing her role not as a job but as a way of life. Off the clock, Raegan is a certified nap connoisseur and enjoys spending her downtime dreaming up her next big design alongside her feline co-pilots, Bella and Frankie. Whether she’s bringing a blank screen to life or infusing creativity into the world around her, Raegan is driven by the belief that every challenge is an opportunity for a creative solution.

A social butterfly, online and in-person, Natalie knows how to drive engagement and help our clients’ social media stand out. With a background in mass communication and public relations, Natalie enjoys providing her creative insight to a variety of industries and growing her marketing skills. While some struggle to craft the perfect Instagram caption, Ashleigh curates captivating online narratives with ease. An LSU marketing alum, Ashleigh shifted from hospitality to master the art of social media storytelling. As the designated office yapper with an impeccable sense of style, she infuses creativity and keen communication skills into every project. Living by the mantra “everything happens for a reason,” Ashleigh approaches life and work with optimism and an open mind. Aside from her star-quality social media skills, she’s also a lifelong athlete and former LSU Women’s Lacrosse team player. Outside of work, this confessed shopaholic doubles as the go-to stylist for her friends, often spotted scouring the latest trends or hosting movie nights with her roommates.

You know those people that are quiet at first and then end up being super weird? That’s Madison. Also, I’m Madison. That’s right. I’m writing my own bio because that’s what a copywriter does. One thing about me, I’m a lot less shy through written words, but meet me in person, and I immediately turn into a skittish raccoon. I’m more of a listener than a talker. In fact, listening to others and learning their stories is a passion of mine. Other fun facts about me: I like to chew gum while drinking coffee, and I enjoy bringing my corgi comrade, Stemi, to the office. Here are some actual facts about me to convince you I’m a qualified professional: I have a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from LSU, a master’s in journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a diverse writing background. After writing for a couple of magazines, Caroline now works as one of our talented copywriters, helping clients bring their visions to life. When she’s not improving clients’ SEO rankings or crafting intricate blogs, you can catch her snuggled up on her couch watching true crime documentaries or “Friends” with her dog and trusty sidekick, Bert!

With Figma open, a pen in hand and a Chandler Bing one-liner at the ready, German thrives on overcoming challenges. As a natural problem-solver with roots in graphic design and agency experience, he doesn’t just make things look good – he makes them work. But what’s a UI UX designer do? His daughters would say he draws pictures, but he’d tell you he uncovers solutions. Either way, we think his work belongs on more than just the fridge. Off the clock, you’ll find German adventuring with his family or daydreaming about shredding on guitar (right after mastering front-end dev). Until then, he’s focused on becoming a Figma wizard – one pixel-perfect screen at a time.
