Account Manager

The marketing account manager acts as the main client liaison and ensures that projects are on time, within scope and achieve the strategic brand objectives. This position partners with an account coordinator and helps plan, coordinate and implement marketing plans and oversees creative teams who are executing projects. In addition, this position is responsible for developing new opportunities for existing partners and clients. Marketing account managers/coordinators must have strong product knowledge and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with clients. They also must be good at anticipating clients’ needs and analyzing trends for future opportunities.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Understands industry software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Training can be provided)
  • Understands software such as SharpSpring, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, SEM Rush, and HotJar (Training will be provided)
  • Understands social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and others
  • Understands Wrike & Google G-Suite tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Analytics and Meet, Google My Business (Training will be provided)
  • Understands internal software and platforms such as DEXT, 8×8, Content Cal, MediaValet and more (Training will be provided)
  • Dedicates time to learn new softwares and platforms as they are implemented

 

General Requirements:

  • Follows production schedules and meeting deadlines for marketing projects.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested depending on the needs of JCW and its clients.
  • Balances competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Recommends updates and additions to all client projects.
  • Is proactive in the job, sees problems, issues or needs and works to address the issue through clear communication or problem-solving
  • Required to train or take training courses to improve knowledge of the job

Videographer, Photographer, and Editor

Job Summary

The Photo + Video Creative at JCW Creative is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content that supports both client objectives and the company’s creative standards. This role combines technical expertise in photography, videography, and editing with a strategic understanding of marketing goals. Working closely with team members across departments and directly with clients, the Photo + Video Creative ensures projects are well-planned, executed with professionalism, and delivered on time. From concept development to final deliverables, this position plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency, elevating storytelling, and driving measurable results through creative content.

Roles and Responsibilities:

General:

  • Maintains professionalism in fast-paced, demanding environments, while adapting quickly to shifting needs.
  • Completes all assigned work by due dates, demonstrating flexibility to meet deadlines even when projects require extended hours, weekends, or travel.
  • Communicates proactively when encountering obstacles (e.g., unclear goals, technical slowdowns, or workload challenges).
  • Actively supports team members beyond personal assignments to ensure collective team success.
  • Seeks solutions independently (research, tutorials, trial and error) while knowing when to raise a hand to avoid project delays.
  • Brings curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to each project, proposing ideas that align with client objectives and marketing strategy.
  • Holds self and peers accountable to company processes and values constructively and professionally.
  • Positively represents JCW Creative at all client-facing events, shoots, and public interactions, recognizing that referrals and reputation drive business growth.
  • Maintains focus on assigned projects by avoiding distractions and demonstrating professional discipline, balancing a creative mindset with productivity to ensure quality and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates an organizational mindset, maintaining structured workflows, server organization, and adherence to established processes. Ensures personal contributions support clarity and efficiency for the entire team.

Photography + Videography:

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of DSLR and mirrorless camera operation, including manual settings for both photo and video.
  • Applies industry-standard lighting, audio, and equipment knowledge to deliver professional results consistently.
  • Shows adaptability by learning and using additional equipment, including, but not limited to, Discoon timelapse rigs, drones, Matterport systems, and GoPro cameras to expand creative capabilities and meet diverse client needs.
  • Maintains required certifications and follows applicable regulations for specialized equipment (e.g., FAA Part 107 for drone operations, TWIC, etc.)
  • Protects and maintains all equipment with the highest standard of care and accountability, ensuring reliability and longevity of company assets.
  • Manages gear organization through Cheqroom software, ensuring team visibility on equipment locations at all times.
  • Ensures all media is uploaded, organized, and properly stored on the server, maintaining project accessibility and archival integrity

Production:

  • Ensures clarity on project briefs before production begins by asking thoughtful questions to align on goals and expectations.
  • Shows up prepared and on time to all shoots, with a complete understanding of shoot requirements, client scope, and creative direction.
  • Acts as a marketer first, balancing creativity with strategy to deliver results that achieve client objectives.
  • Executes production setup and breakdown efficiently while maintaining professionalism and focus to ensure a smooth workflow and positive client experience.
  • Contributes to creative concepting and storyboarding, ensuring ideas align with client goals and translate effectively into production
  • Directs and communicates effectively on set, ensuring attention to details such as subject presentation, background, and brand consistency.

Edit & Produce Content:

  • Reviews and edits raw footage and selects b-roll with attention to storytelling, pacing, and client branding.
  • Works efficiently in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Reviews video and photo edits thoroughly to identify and resolve flaws before internal reviews.
  • Incorporates and collaborates on constructive feedback quickly with professionalism and respect.
  • Prioritizes efficiency and effectiveness, managing time to avoid over-editing while delivering polished, high-quality work.
  • Maintains a high level of concentration when editing or producing content to ensure flawless execution.
  • Aligns creative execution with client goals, balancing artistic perspective with marketing-driven outcomes.
  • Participates in reviewing creative work, providing constructive feedback that elevates overall team output.
  • Prepares final deliverables in correct formats and specifications for intended platforms, ensuring seamless client use across channels
  • Delivers edits only after completing department quality checks (audio balance, stabilization, story–visual alignment, export verification, etc.), ensuring a seamless handoff.

Job Growth:

  • Maintains independent working knowledge of all gear in the office; proactively researches and self-trains on tools or techniques outside of work hours when needed.
  • Collaborates cross-departmentally to improve how photo and video integrate with broader marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrates accountability by consistently auditing personal workflows and suggesting process improvements that benefit the entire department.
  • Encourages curiosity and ongoing professional development to stay current with evolving industry standards.
  • Participates in ongoing training through company playbooks and team-led initiatives, applying new knowledge to strengthen both personal performance and team outcomes.
