BATON ROUGE, La. – JCW Creative, a creative agency dedicated to implementing strategic marketing solutions to help clients achieve their goals, recently acquired a historic building in the heart of Mid City. The marketing agency began renovations in October 2021, and construction is expected to be completed in the new year.

With a growing team that is now serving clients across 10 states, CEO John Williams recognized his team had outgrown the company’s original 2,000 sq. ft. building on Perkins Road.

Williams has big plans for the new space including collaborative meeting spaces and a state-of-the-art studio which would double as a training facility for clients.

“As we approach a decade of business and service to the Baton Rouge community, I’m incredibly excited about creating an innovative workspace that will be able to support the company’s growth and also accommodate the growing needs of our clients.”

The $1.4 million project, located at 2623 Government St., will consist of renovations to the 6,379 sq. ft. building’s existing floorplan. The full interior renovation will feature three executive conference rooms, creative collaboration areas, and a multipurpose studio and training space. With a focus on creating and fostering connections across the capital city, JCW Creative looks forward to being in the heart of the thriving business community on Government St.

“It has been a mission of mine to be a part of building a better Baton Rouge,” Williams said. “Adding our name to the growing list of businesses on Government Street, up and coming and established businesses alike, is a tremendous honor and privilege.”
