Objective
St. Lillian Academy turned to JCW Creative to help promote Cheers for Children, its annual signature fundraising event. The school’s goal was clear: boost ticket sales, increase donations and grow event sponsorships to support its mission of empowering students with communication and learning challenges.

Results
The campaign raised an incredible $192,000, with 99 tickets sold. Between January 27 and April 18, 2025, digital engagement soared. On Facebook, post engagement jumped by 137%, page visits increased by 74%, reach increased by 133% and impressions climbed by 89%.
On Instagram, impressions rose by 154%, reach by 219% and profile visits by 23%. Meanwhile, website traffic saw a 73% increase in users and an 86% jump in total sessions, indicating that the campaign not only captured attention but also moved people to action.
Through meaningful storytelling, compelling visuals and a strong digital strategy, we helped St. Lillian Academy turn its biggest fundraiser into a celebration of impact and a springboard for even greater success.
