And that’s exactly what we did earlier this October when the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report recognized JCW Creative as one of the 2023 Best Places to Work. This achievement marks our third consecutive year as one of Baton Rouge’s best workplaces. 

The 10th annual survey and awards program presented by Business Report, the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Workforce Research Group recognizes companies of workplace excellence known for recruiting and retaining the best and brightest employees. 

This year’s Best Places to Work list highlights organizations that “consistently go above and beyond to prioritize their employees,” according to Business Report – a theme right up our alley at JCW Creative.

On our website, you can find our values starting with “We care for others.” This value is the core of our culture. By always caring for others, we work together to set each other and our partners up for success – it’s what allows us to fulfill our other two values of pursuing constant growth and executing our plans. 

From ensuring our teams have the resources to perform their best and creating a supportive space for sharing imaginative marketing ideas to incorporating company-wide lunch and learns and retreats and hosting eagerly-awaited office events like Spirit Week and Field Day, caring about our team is our top priority. And how we care for our internal team directly transfers to how we care about our partners and their marketing goals. 

It is an honor to have our efforts recognized and achieve this motivational milestone that will continue to propel us as we strive each day to provide better care, performance and service than we did the day before.
