Strategy:
- Researches partnership clients and their industries and competitors.
- Recommends next steps for clients marketing plan’s and content calendars
- Coordinates and develops versions of work and presents to the strategist and client for approval.
- Researches, conceptualizes and presents content and content ideas for retainer clients in alignment with their message, story and brand.
- Works with the Strategist and Creative team to generate a social media marketing strategy that will promote customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Work with the Strategist to brainstorm, conceptualize and plan the creation of new content such as articles, blogs, vlogs, photos, graphics, videos and campaigns
- Develops social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Suggests recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Content Manager:
- Writes and collaborates with the team to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns.
- Manages social media posts and platforms for marketing partnership clients.
- Communicates with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Follows social media trends and participates in professional development opportunities.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Stays up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Posts portfolios, case studies, blogs and vlogs to client websites.
- Manages client accounts in SharpSpring and implements marketing automation paths, develops email campaigns, creates Chatbots, manages Campaigns and Listening feeds.

Web Management:

- Researches clients, their industries and competitors to have a full understanding of who our clients are
- Manages the build of a website including but not limited to working with copywriters on the sitemap, photo + video team on the vision and goals on deliverables for photo + video work, and graphic designers on logo + branding for JCW Creative clients.
- Chooses theme options based on the client’s industry, design and message.
- Plans site design by clarifying goals and functions of a website.
- Develops site graphics and receives feedback on graphics to make sure they align with the clients vision, branding, and goals.
- Uses graphic design, web design, photography and video production content to build websites for clients.
- Works with JCW Creative team members to incorporate newly completed projects from other departments onto the client’s site (social posts, ads, videos, newsletters, graphics, etc.).
- Assists in quality control by performing internal reviews on websites; including but not limited to: proofing, testing all forms, buttons, sign-ups and links before deployment.
- Maintains ADA Compliance on websites during and after website builds
