“JCW Creative is responsive and creative – it’s in the name – and we love the content that’s getting pushed out. There’s a wide array of content, and it’s not all about HVAC systems. They integrate other messaging that’s appropriate for the season or anything that’s coming up. At first, we thought it might be a challenge that we’re located in a different state than JCW Creative; however, our services include two trips a year to gather content, which works out really well for us. We get to see our customers, go out to the sites and interview people, and really what we’re doing is capturing great stories. Then JCW works their magic in the editing room. We couldn’t be happier!”
